October 7, 20187 yr Other than giving up 6.1 yards per rush and giving Tannerhill all day to throw I guess they've do all right. Tannehill is getting the ball out of his hands fast. That's not all day to throw, that's just getting the ball out fast. When your defense only gives up 7 points in a half. That is something everyone should be perfectly good with. 7 points a half is a good thing not bad.

It is hard to win when you give up over 6 yards per carry plus I went back on four of his completions including the touchdown he held the ball between 4 and 5 seconds before throwing. I will say if we lose it won't be the defenses fault but they have played better. Just like and 3rd and 17 they give up a 10 yard design run for Tannerhill. Which made it only 41 yard FG instead of 51.

Which made it only 41 yard FG instead of 51. I would put that more on the Bengals defensive philosophy. The Bengals always since Marvin has been here play it very safe on third and longs. They will always always allow teams to pick up a good chunk on third down, as long as they dont allow them to get it. I dont like it, but they have consistently done that in Marvin's tenure.
