Hopefully someone can post updates. I'll try if not, having trouble typing / losing control of fingers at times.

 

One of the many worries that I have with Somerset is the "big play" … Jumpers have a qb that can throw a ball like a missle and extremely accurate. We have had trouble with that. Somerset is equal to, maybe better than Ashland.

The teams traded punts on their initial possession. Somerset picked up a couple of first downs and moved into Ram territory an their 2nd drive but a couple of big fans has Somerset punting fun the Rams 43. Rams ball on their own 19. 0-0 2:44 1st quarter.

On first down Adkins broke a long one up the middle all the way down to the Jumpers 17.

After a hold on first down Raceland breaks another one right up the gut for a 27 yard touchdown run. 7-0 1:52 1st quarter

If Somerset can give Sherron time to throw I think they can hurt Raceland through the air. Just missed a touchdown on that last drive.
