Wow didn’t expect this score.

Danville needs to do away with the spread offense its just not working, they dont have the playmakers to run the spread. I think they need to go run the bone set, and run behind those big lineman. Pulaski was way more physical in this game, and their Qb did the same thing Corbin and Boyle did exposed their secondary. after watching tonight Somerset is definitely the best team in the district. when your best play in a qb sneak something is wrong.

Pulaski County dominated this one from start to finish. I feel like Danville was mentally drained from the last two weeks. They were never in the game.

One thing I'll say...it's tough to come back against a good team after emotional games at Corbin and Boyle County. They Admirals really look like a tired team (mentally and physically). They played with little to no emotion tonight.

 

But, take nothing at all away from Pulaski County. They were passionate and had a great game plan. Nice win for them.

Heard from a friend who agreed that Danville looked drained very early in the game. No emotion. I also saw a comment in the update thread about the number of plays Pulaski ran compared to Danville. I really wouldn't look too far into that. That's what Pulaski's offense creates. Last year in their game against Southwestern, Pulaski actually ran 89 plays to SW's 29 and Southwestern won 54-20.

From start to finish...2-yard run, 2-yard run, 8-yard pass, first down. Repeat.

 

About once every 8 plays, throw deeper. All night long. Slowly and methodically moving downfield with giant running back, then eventually throwing to giant receiver.

Yeah I saw them after SW game in the Bowl at Pulaski and man they had a lot of big players !!!

Can Danville get off the mat after this game?

Yes, Danville will be fine.

Danville just doesn't have enough depth at playmaker positions in my opinion.

 

Remember D'Mauriae VanCleave, Jaleel Warren, Don Harris? Those guys made plays, every game.

 

Danville 2018 is not Danville 2017. They are good, just not as good. I completely expect Danville to make a nice playoff run.
