Last night, Corbin made small work out of the Golden Lions and marched their way to a 61-6 victory. Will Garrard be using that as motivation to pull the huge upset this Friday night in round one of the playoffs or will they come in with a loser mentality after a senior night thrashing?

 

Personally I see Corbin rolling again but will sub the younger guys in and out more freely than just playing them the second half in order to cut down on potential injuries.

Save your money, this will be 100- 0 if need be. Garrard will have a hard time leaving the parking lot on Friday with enough to play.

I know the Lions will show up....and they might even have something for the Hounds. Corbin will take care of biz though and go to the district finals.

The only thing that I don't think gives Garrard much of a chance is that they seemed to lay down Friday. Once they were down 3 tds, you couldn't see any emotion, heart, or will to win.

Corbin got on a roll and Garrard could not stem the tide, weather was bad and they just wanted the night to end in a game that really meant nothing. I expect a lot better effort this Friday from the young Garrard Co. team and also look for a much more competitive game.

Corbin will not be stopped by anyone until at least a Regional Final game under the new scenario. JV guys, get ready to play a little football!!!!!
