Legalize drugs like heroin as well? Biggest issue with legalizing weed for me is there is no gauge on what is considered high. We have BA tests available but not limits on the level of weed in the system and the effects it causes.

Wait! What? You think alcohol should be illegal? Neither weed or alcohol should be illegal IMO, but weed is less problematic than alcohol and that's coming from someone who doesn't use weed but does alcohol.

 

Read the post again please. I’m OK with alcohol being legal. And I’m OK with .08 being the limit of being illegal though some may or may not be impaired at that level. At least we know the rules.

Amazes me how some people are so terrified of legalizing MJ. Much less dangerous than alcohol, and I like my cocktails too!

 

Really good article in today’s Cincinnati Enquirer about a very successful drug study using cannabis to treat seizures. Also include the extra hoops the researcher had to jump through as well as extra precautions and scrutiny that they went under just because it was MJ.
