CincySportsFan
Reds put Iglesias on 10-day DL with strained biceps in his left arm. In return, they activate Lorenzen as well as Tanner Rainey. (Austin Brice was also put on 10-day DL.)

CincySportsFan
Homer has to be done when Disco is ready. Heck, when Finnegan is ready, I put him in the pen and start Garrett in place of Homer.

Jack of all Trades
You guys always rip on Bailey, but how does Hamilton continue to get at bats on this team? He is TERRIBLE!!!

MJAlltheWay24
Homer has to be done when Disco is ready. It's ridiculous. Has he gotten out of a first inning unscathed all season? Sure doesn't feel like it, at least at home.
MJAlltheWay24
You guys always rip on Bailey, but how does Hamilton continue to get at bats on this team? He is TERRIBLE!!! Hamilton is at least a premiere center fielder defensively. I can live with Hamilton as long as he's batting 8th or 9th. I can't stand having Bailey in the rotation at this point. Hamilton ain't good, but he's WAY down the list of issues with this team. Like not even on the first page.
Jack of all Trades
Someone enlighten me on the run support that Bailey has received this year. More often than not it has been few if any runs and he has kept the Reds in most of those game. There is nothing "premiere" about Billy Hamilton. Hard to win when you have 2 pitchers batting every night.
sumoroyal
Votto with yet another base running gaff in the ninth by not tagging up and trying to score in the ninth with the pitcher up next. To be as talented as Votto, his base running skills and fielding decisions are highly suspect. Short bench hurt Reds last night as pitcher had to bat in last inning. I mean his defense is as elite as it gets. He's better at the plate than Duvall, yet you never complain about him...:idunno:

I do not have much use for either of them to be honest.

That's fine, and I agree both are really bad, but Hamilton hits for a better average, gets on base more, and makes contact more frequently.
