It has been more than 10 days since the start of the season. That's my point.

Just like when teams put players on the 15 day DL, it doesn't mean they're healed and ready to go in exactly that many days.

Joey Votto in teams first 12 games

2016 - .227/.314/.318

2017 - .178/.255/.444

2018 - .273/.313/.273

Good news. Votto is back in the lineup.

Bad news. Bryan Price still thinks Billy Hamilton is a capable leadoff option, and apparently a better one than Jesse Winker.

Hamilton CF

Peraza SS

Votto 1B

Gennett 2B

Mesoraco C

Winker RF

Duvall LF

Pennington 3B

Mahle P

Doug Gray Retweeted Cincinnati Reds

Since the Reds called up Alex Blandino, the team has played two different 30-something-year-olds at third base more than they've played Blandino.

I hate to be "that guy", but seriously, this does not make sense. How does a team in a "youth movement" have this happen?

I saw a tweet earlier, you either have to play the young guys or spend a fortune on veterans but you do not play 30 year old bench players on this team. It just doesn't make sense.

Can someone explain why the Reds designated Ariel Hernandez? You can’t give up a guy with his pure stuff for no reason, even with his control problems. Ariel will click with another organization and become an all star closer now.

Especially to bring up a reliever that has never impressed anyone in Dylan Floro.

This organization really is clueless.

No they just need a terrible fresh arm they can throw out there tonight when they are getting beat again

Jimmy Herget would’ve been my first call if I needed an arm.

Reds give up another HR to Molina. He owns us.

Reds would be better just to forfeit every game vs the Cardinals. This is brutal.

Anybody know the last time DuVall got a hit?

This is like watching a little league game. I try to be positive with my Reds comments but this has been a brutal season so far.

Another day, another loss.

Reds give up another HR to Molina. He owns us.

Two things are for certain in GABP:

Reds fans will boo the heck out Molina.

Molina will smile after he hits a double or HR after all the boos.
