GRC falls short again.

Preseaon favorites and fall again to the mighty Camels in the region.

Big disappointment in Win City.

Do they have to change all those T-Shirts?

What a ride it has been. It ended before I know the team and fans wanted it to.

To our Seniors, JJ Johnson, Ryan Cooper, Chase Taylor and Will Philpot ,It has been a pleasure to watch you all play and grow as young men. You all are a class act on and off the floor. I know the future is bright for each of you.

To the team and coaching staff, I have really enjoyed every second of the journey this team has taken us fans on. You did it with pride and class in representing GRC. I am very proud to be a GRC fan.

Do they have to change all those T-Shirts?

Didn't GRC win the 10th when they had those All In warmups?

I remember those. I hated those warmups.

Gold, is any of these guys going to play at the next level?

It was a great. Clos was off scoring but played amazing defense. Day way unbelievable scoring. Jolly just did his thing that he does every night. Schaffer came off the bench and played very well. I truly think he was the difference. Had a few great assist late in the game. Going to be another great one tonight. 10th region has to get sick of having a 37th district finals almost every year. What is this 3 of the last 4 years

Taylor will most likely play college golf. Philpot will play basketball. JJ Johnson will major in Engernering at UK. Cooper I am not sure his plans. Great group of young men.

Looks like the other 10th region teams are going to have to find better players to catch up with Campbell and Scott. Congrats to both for making the championship game.....again.

You have a copyright on those?

Coop and Jj are both governors scholars. Coop will be going to eastern on a full ride and possibly walk on for basketball. Philpot is a straight A student and will be going to college as a sophomore. He has several colleges interested in him for basketball but has not made his decision. Chase has a scholarship for golf and is going to Midway. No doubt these boys have bright futures ahead of them

Thanks so much for posting. I knew some of the info but not all the details like you do. These are exceptional young men and will do well in the future.

They won despite those warmups.

Do they have to change all those T-Shirts?

They are young boys and they read all this crap posted by adults. They are all winners but they lost a game that seriously could have gone either way...if we would have won I would never rub it in the faces of those boys. Ever

I would like to add none of these boys are Party goers they are great examples for all their peers Philpot spends his Wednesdays at youth group and will be going on his 3rd mission trip this summer. They ALL have their priorities straight.
