You are right on Paris I wouldn't want to draw them in the regional tourney. When I get the team stats I will post them. I just know we missed a lot of FT which we normally hit them better than tonight.

 

This was a game that you hated to see either team loose, but too many missed FT and mistakes by both teams and you have OT. You could tell both teams really wanted to win and was playing tight.

 

Best of luck to Paris next week, would love to see a all 40th district final.

Great game. Both teams played hard from start to finish. Neither team wanted to lose this game. GRC needs to rebound better and both teams need to shoot free throws a lot better. Congrats to GRC and Coach Cook. And good luck to both teams in the region. Can’t wait

When I saw the rebounds I Was shocked. Didn't realize it was that bad. We usually shoot better at the line . I assure you Coach Cook will address this in practice. We average over 20 assists a game .we only had 14 last night. Both teams played slopppy with so many TO.

Chase Taylor had a great game on both ends of the court. Ryan Cooper hit some critical 3's when we needed them.

 

We were lucky to win. Had several chances to put it away but didn't.

Philpot got in early foul trouble and sat most of the game. Jenkins went in to relieve him and he too Got into foul trouble. Then Big Ben went in. He too was being called for fouls. I see 5 myself.

 

Main Reason.

 

Pendleton County- Dontae is the best player in the gym.

 

Scott high- a couple of these guys have been here before.

 

Paris- Healthy.

 

GRC- Confidence and size may be enough.

 

Campbell County- The best team in the gym. Their regional record speaks for itself.

 

Bracken/Harrison/Mason County

 

Just not enough to compete with these 5 if there is no let down.
