Dillon ran the anchor leg of the 4x800 his first 800 ever. He could have run the open 400 but decided to wait one more week. He told me he felt Good Friday and Saturday so he will should be good to go from here on out. Congratulations to Luke he looked fast. Looking forward to the battles they will have the rest of the year and both of them breaking the 50 second barrier in the 400.

Dillon and Luke are in the same heat at Eastern Relays. It will be an exciting race with the top runners in the COUNTRY!!! If any one wants to see the top runnners in the Nation they should attend. This is one of the top meets around!! Good luck to Dillon and Luke. It will be at University of Louisville. Get there early to see all the talented runners.

I love Eastern Relays. It is an incredible high school meet. Jealous of you guys getting to enjoy that. Hopefully I will get to go again in a few years. Enjoy.

Luke got into the 50 mark on Friday by winning the 400 at Anderson. He won with a 50.89. Hope his legs aren’t to tired. He ran in a meet on Thursday, Friday, and now Saturday. Will be a great race.

Doesn’t happen to often but these two great athletes have been battling it out every time they race for two years. It’s nice to see. They make each other so much better.
