Wow good win for Garrard

Good win for Garrard. Lions were up 10-15 for most of the night and then Montgomery made five three pointers in the fourth quarter, and actually took the lead, before Garrard went right back up and sealed it at the foul line.

Montgomery County has a junior forward named Pharoah Davis who was incredibly fun to watch.

He seems to be having a breakout year.

I expect Garrard to start to turn a corner. They've played a difficult schedule, and have competed in most of their games. They will be battle tested by season's end. Big test Friday night at Boyle.

Besides the Morgan County game, I think they've played fairly well over the Christmas tournaments and against Montgomery, even though the results haven't necessarily shown it.

I heard that a couple times on the RNZ over the break

Where does Montgomery County stand in the 10th Region? Are they a tournament team? Can they make a run?

They are a middle of the road 10th region team, probably in the 7-9 range. They will be an underdog to make it out of their district.
