November 30, 20178 yr I don't think you can be charged with possession, but if there is a zero-tolerance policy for use like there is most schools; its a violation of that standard.

Other than being arrested for being under the influence at the time of the drug's affect, you cannot be charged with a crime for having a drug in your system.

The officers came to his "house" and wanted to cite him for possession by a minor. With nothing in hand or near by, just what had been consumed. Discussion continued around whether the ingested bourbon was considered possession. PI didn't apply since it was inside the house. He got a short ride to the Highlands Heights police station, but released shortly after arriving since neither applied... :isurrender:

According to a source, one test Cager took was not enough to be a positive, but got charged with a positive anyways. He retook the test the next day, and it was deemed negative.
