jericho
Heard it may be over and kids can go to NBA out of HS . Any clue when that may become in effect? It will change recruiting.

GrantNKY
If someone is willing to pay you for your skills at 17-18 years old why shouldn't they be allowed to? Who are you protecting? You certainly aren't protecting the kids. You are only protecting the pockets of billionaires.
GrantNKY
The NBA draft should be just like the MLB draft. You should be able to see where you get drafted and who drafts you. If you don't like it you can still go to college.

GrantNKY
Yes! College basketball is not exciting like it used to be. Eliminating the one and done rule would greatly enhance college basketball.
atm10
So they should stay for our enjoyment of an exciting season? If I could have left after one year in college and start making milllions I don’t care if your college game is exciting
GrantNKY
The funniest thing is the people who want the kids to stay in college don't care about them they only care about their team.

bugatti
Yes! College basketball is not exciting like it used to be. You mean, before they enacted the One and Done rule, when you could go right out of high school? College basketball is not exciting because the product is weak. I like my teams, but given a choice I am watching the NBA ten out of ten times.

The whole system is whack. I am on team @Getslow when it comes to doing away with the whole college model.
