Why is Cooper's schedule any tougher than anyone's else?

Cooper plays all area 6A and 5A teams plus Newport Central Catholic that’s no cake walk!!

They are a 6a school. Beechwood is 1a and plays Lloyd, Somerset, Corbin, Covington Catholic, Simon Kenton and New Cath. They by far play the toughest overall schedule in NKY.

NewCaths schedule is pretty brutal every season.

Fruitcake is still cake, just denser with more nuts(and bourbon in my family).

Beechwood by far has the toughest schedule in 1A but with Holy Cross,Bellevue and Dayton are on there it drags the overall way down.

1. Cov Cath

2. Highlands

3. Ryle

4. Cooper

5. Beechwood

Beechwood has to play Bellevue and Dayton every year so how do they lose points for District Foes. Only bad team on Beechwood’s schedule they could Control was Holy Cross and who would have thought they would be that bad 1 year after having a very good and competitive team last year.

Boone County has been stripped of a ton of talent with all the other county schools opening and they still play the elite programs in NKY. Why don't they win? HAH! Scheduling. Schedule to their talent/enrollment level and Boone County will have fun again. Cooper's success, used to play at Boone County. Conner's success, used to play at Boone County. Schedule appropriately instead of traditionally.

Regardless of class beechwoods opponents are 47-20, cooper's 40-26. Beechwood has played the number one team in 3a, and 5a and top 5 in 6a. Take out holy cross and the oppenents record is 47-11, with Beechwood accounting for 6 of the 11 loses.

Last year Boone Co's strength of schedule was rated at 2nd in the state. So it mostly depends on the year.
