We are Racing Tonight at Kentucky Speedway.

On FS1

Thats the way I am on milk, so I guess no omelet for me.

All food is good and safe up to that date, it should be just fine. By law that date has to be a "Safe Date" for the food. Now if you are a week past the date you might want to pass it up.

If you want to be in the playoffs, you have to turn in a form by today a noon.

Just tell me it wasn't Meece.

At what point is it acceptable to say the deadline was the deadline sorry?

I feel for you. I've been involved with quite a few events where people always pushed the deadline. Even had one of the co-organizers want to push it back a few days "to give people more time". I said no. Told her there was nothing magical about April 15th, but that millions of Americans waited until then to turn in their taxes. Why? Because that's the deadline. You could make it June 15th, and you'd still have people wait until the last minute.

Unfortunately in your circumstance, you've got a situation where kids are in a one-year window...so, playing hardball with the adults has an undesired consequence.

Not Milk JD, no way buddy!

You don't get near that date unless you're Tom Hanks and Wilson is mad at you.

On the egg thing, the United States is basically the only country that refrigerates their eggs. That is because of the processing. If they are farm raised eggs, you are good for a long time.

Which means the best decision is to play very hardball with the adults that got this wrong. Make it hurt, bad!
