Bama is 3-2

Alabama is sloppy with the ball, and those receivers need to look a ball in. If they take care of both of those things, they win this game.

I disagree, I think if they establish more of a running game and don't rely on John Parker as much...this game is closer.

Bama was going to have to go in the swamp and play a turnover free football game in this one. Their defense got a TD which they also had to have for a win imo but turnovers killed the Tide.JMO

We did allright. At one time in the 4th quarter its 14-13. A couple of drops by recievers. We caught one pass over the middle and he falls down, not touched. We need a QB sack, those really hurt a team plus the QB. You know Tims gonna run the ball, oh well.

The better team won, enough said. Still not sure how the Gators won in Knoxville? Bama continues to struggle. They will be expecting a lot out of Shula and his staff next year.

Before this game, I was inclined to call Fla a Nat'l title contender, but this game showed that they are just like everyone else — even in the drive for who is the nation's No. 2 team.

Darby ran the ball well today, well enough to win....If he throws off his front foot, and makes better decisions, I really think Bama could've won that game tonight.

 

Bama has to have more that 74 from Darby or atleast more than 101 on the ground overall all for their rookie QB to have a chance against a top 10 team in the nation. John Parker did throw 3 picks but I think at least one, maybe 2, were tipped by the reciever...so i don't think it was his decisions as much as it was the recievers not catching the ball. I still think if Darby has a couple more big runs, the defense comes up a little and you have a chance to throw the long ball to Hall or Brown for a game changing TD.

I would love to agree. BUT, of his 3 picks only one was tipped by the receiver and that ball was rocketed at him, AND behind him....I love to argue the fault of picks but these were all his.

We have Duke and Ole Miss the next two games and then we go see the vols.

Still disappointed that our O couldn't get a TD.

That is a pretty big IF, but even if they win out, I could still see Michigan creeping up into the #2 spot.
