This will not be an issue at Calvary, I can assure you...

 

Prior teams lacked discipline and needed to be accountable to itself...previous coaches did not appear to be on that script necessarily.

 

This is a tough school to be a Varsity coach. I would be surprised if Calvary "waited" to get Brown, but rather the vacancy and the coach were both mutually available...just my thought.

I call it not being able to find anyone else willing to take the job and Dale Brown being available for the job at crunch time.
