Eventually Lloyd will get over the Beechwood hill....but not this year.

Every year they play I think this is the year Lloyd beats Beechwood and then goes on to win the District. Every year I am wrong. I think they have a shot this year.............then again .......

This will be a good opening game for Beechwood. Lloyd will play hard and they have some good players. Their QB Fann has a really good arm. Beechwood's secondary will need to play well. The Tigers should get the win.

Just way too many weapons on the Tigers this year for Lloyd to keep up with. Beechwood should take this one easily and get their season off to a solid start.

How many seniors did Lloyd lose from last year?

Lloyd had 22 seniors on last year's team. That is out of about 55 players on their roster not including freshmen. Lloyd does have a good amount of experience returning. They had a lot of injuries last year. That gave the underclassmen playing time and experience.
