September 29, 200620 yr What do you think? I'm not saying this just because I'm a Bengals fan, but I believe that if it is not the best group of receivers, it's pretty close. They have 3 receivers that are pretty darn good in Chad (top 3 in NFL), T.J.(good enough to be number one on a team with subpar receivers) and Henry( IF he can stay out of trouble, has potential to be an elite receiver.) Throw in Antonio Chatman when he comes off the DL, Kelley Washington and Tab Perry and the Bengals have quite a stable of receivers. The only other team that comes to mind as having 3 great receivers is Indy with Harrison, Wayne and Stokley. They have a good TE in Clark, something the Bengals don't have. Just something to think about.
September 29, 200620 yr I think USC's are the best...oh wait, you said NFL! Just kidding...I do think Cincy's trio of CJ, TJ, and Chris Henry are the best in the league. But, I'm biased. Some others to consider... Seattle - Branch, Burleson, and Jackson Indy - Harrison, Wayne, and Stokely Detroit - Williams, Williams, and Rogers I couldn't resist.
September 29, 200620 yr I think you have to include Arizona. I would say they have the best tandem in Bouldin and Fitzgerald. A case could be made for their top 3 as well.

September 29, 200620 yr According to Chad on last weeks Chad's Corner "Best receiving corp in the NFL"
September 29, 200620 yr According to Chad on last weeks Chad's Corner "Best receiving corp in the NFL" According to Namecips, I'm the most handsome man in the world:D
September 29, 200620 yr I'll take the Bengals group at #1. I dropped Arizona to #2 because they don't have Carson tossing the pill around...
September 29, 200620 yr True, but I'll bet that other USC qb will be pretty good here soon. Minus the deep ball. Leinart could be very dangerous with the timing routes and such, but he can't stretch the field like Carson...
September 29, 200620 yr Cincy Indy Arizona I think these 3 are in a class of their own. I do like the future look of New Orleans at WR. Cant compare to these teams but worth a mention.
September 29, 200620 yr Cincy Indy Arizona I think these 3 are in a class of their own. I do like the future look of New Orleans at WR. Cant compare to these teams but worth a mention. I agree. Almost. I really think the addition of Deion Branch to go along with Nate Burleson and Darrell Jackson puts Seattle in that elite group. It may take a little time to manifest itself since Burleson and Branch are new to that offense, but I'm confident that it will.
September 29, 200620 yr Yes, I believe they do. As for 5wide's comments, I don't think the Seahawks receivers are anything to slouch about.. Bobby Engram went from being the #2 option for Hasselbeck last year... to #4 this year. Bobby's not a #1 receiver by any means, but he's not bad at all. Knowing that he isn't one of the top 3 on the team makes me excited about watching them play together.
September 29, 200620 yr Looking at 1-2, maybe not. Looking at 1-6, definitely yes. I agree, but I also think that the top three compliment each other incredibly. Henry and Johnson stretch the field, TJ runs greats routes and never drops anything. All three are capable of doing things after the catch. Henry and Johnson have the physical ability to get to and catch balls that a lot of recievers don't touch. I think Chris Henry has the natural ability and athleticism to be the next big thing, but he's the only thing holding that back.
