Muddy field who has the advantage.

The small quick passing team, or big strong running team?

Had you rather be the reciever/runner or the defender on a muddy field?

Team with longer cleats..........usaully has the advantage:jump:

I'd say a big strong running team.

Muddy conditions are hell for a defender so i'd say any offensive position.

I believe passing the ball gives the offense the bigger advantage as the receiver knows and can prepare his cuts or moves as the defender has to adjust on these moves with out the benefit of knowing which way he must plant. In muddy conditions this leaves the defender on the ground alot

Well i guess it'd have to depend on how muddy the field was. I've seen fields where it was too sloppy to even think of a pass.

Rain is best for the underdog... Anything can happen in the mud.
