And about time too. Episode One, "Dragonstone" kicks off the new season tonight (July 16, 9:00 EDT on HBO). Been looking forward to this. Watched repeats of Season 6 a few weeks ago. Some of my favorite BGP posters were active on last season's thread. Hope to hear from you again.

Let the "Games" begin.

Very much looking forward to tonight.

I like where things are headed going in to this season. I didn't think a whole lot of the last season but can understand it as a series of stories to set up the stretch run.

Looking forward to diving back in.

Best show on T.V. Zero doubt about that.

Arya Stark is a beast

First Scene quote, by Arya Stark - "When people ask what happened here, tell them 'The North remembers'."

Last Scene quote, by Danaerys Targaryen - "Shall we begin?"

Everything in-between was what I've come to expect, the unexpected.

Stoked by all the "Easter Eggs" in the episode, including:

* Musical guest cameo.

* Is that what I think it is, hanging in the atrium of the library within the Citadel?

* Who's hand reaches out through the bars of the cell of the citadel?

Rooting for Samwell Tarly on his quest. "Ipsa scientia potestas est."

Anyone else like Sandor Clegane's path of redemption, with the caveat, "There is no divine justice, you dumb ..."?

Is Sansa going to be a "problem"?

Tormund Giantsbane continues crushing on Brienne of Tarth? :lol2:

USA TODAY's Kelly Lawler (@klawls) is doing a nice job on recaps, analysis, and speculations.

Whaddya thinking? Who ya 'got'?

Pretty sure that was Jorah

Pretty sure that was Jorah

100% that was Ser Friend Zone.

The Euron/ Cersei/ Jaime love triangle is going to end badly for the mad queen I believe.

A lot of people believe Littlefinger is going to get it this season. For some reason I don't feel that; I think he is going to squirt away somehow.

I love the arc the Hound is on.

Yea, it's hard to see him not weaseling his way out of trouble, and I have a feeling he'll be a player for a while longer. But with Bran and the Hound near enough to Winterfell, some of LF's unfortunate secrets could get spilled to the wrong people.

I hope the Hound and the mountain fight to the death.

But... but... Jorah

Edit - Now ten minutes.

Yeah, Iain Glen does have a pretty distinctive voice doesn't he.

Jorah the explorer.

Euron's victory came a little too easy for me.
