85. Led a full life. MLB player/US Senator.

Condolences for PT and the rest of his family...definitely a life well lived.

Certainly a great baseball player and one of the major players in shaping the Kentucky Republican Party into what it is today.

Great man, had the pleasure of meeting him many times during my high school days.

Rip Senator. Had the pleasure of meeting him at our high school where I worked when he running for governor.

Sad day for Ky.

Prayers to his family.

I feel bad for his wife, Mary Catherine. She was a real sweetheart the time I met her.

The year my family went to Cooperstown it was announced he had been elected by the Veterans Committee. He won 100 games in both leagues, but he also pitched for the Phillies. What if he was fortunate to pitch for anyone besides them? He may have been a 300 game winner. He is also my father in laws all time favorite
