I've been on the same hunger strike since I turned 40 about 10 years ago . Put on about 15 pounds .

Its okay man. You can change. We all lose our minds every now and then. I know personally when Ric Flair lost the title to Sting at the Great American Bash I really started looking at how I viewed my life. After searching I made a few life changes. I'll PM you some tips.
