i'd say it could have been alot worse.

True..subs started rolling in with 4 minutes to go in the FIRST half.

Game was called with a few minutes left in regulation due to lightning.

How is the young man from Casey Co. doing, I hope hes OK!

Their uni's were pretty ugly. But, I give those kids alot of credit for playing so hard throughout. I sure hope that kid from Casey Co. is ok.

what happened?

 

 

The kid tried to make a tackle at the goal line on Donald Walker. It looked to me like he got ran over. He laid motionless on the field for atleast 20 minutes. He was tooken off on a stretcher. That's all I know.

Jared Howard was the kid that got hurt. They took him off on the stretcher because the doctor on the filed wanted to be safe. He has a hip pointer. Basically a deep bruise above the thigh where the hip joins....He will likely miss one start...He was walking with a limp last night...

 

 

The score after the 1st quarter was 13-6 and Casey had the ball with a chance to tie and threw a pick and it was all down hill from there.

I'm glad to hear he is ok. Once again I think Casey Co. played their tails off. There wasn't any quit in them.
