South Oldham 76 Walton-Verona 64 (8th Region Quarterfinals)

Featured Replies

Listened to it on the internet and man can South shoot the ball. Gonna be very tough to beat if they continue to shoot it well.

Heck of a game by the young Bearcats down 1 with about 7 minutes to play and props to South for always hitting a big shot when they needed one. WV has been playing really good basketball as of late and I beleive we watched 2 of the top 3 teams in the region tonight play in the first round.

Dragons hit 12 threes. Overall shooting was 29 of 60 from the floor.

I think the Dragons like the rims at Henry they shot it well there last season as well.

Thanks, Colonel!

I believe South was 12 of 29 from beyond the arc, and 27 of 31 inside it. 7 of 11 at the line.

Great game to watch. Proud of the Bearcats and their performance tonight. Good luck to South Oldham the rest of the way.

Was listening online (thank you, thank you) and the scores at the end of each quarter seemed like it was a very intense, back & forth game. Kudos to WV for hanging in and playing a very good game. Nothing to hang your heads about. Congrats to SO the remaining games. Keep shooting like that, u will def be hard to beat.
