I was reading something recently about what civilizations maybe a billion years more advanced than us might be like. Crazy stuff!

As most of you already know I definitely believe in Alien Life, some of it less advanced than us, some of it more advanced than us. But no matter how you cut the pie, there is lots of life in this Universe and who knows when we start talking Multi-Verse.

 

Do some of those advanced extraterrestrials visit Earth, absolutely, and anyone that thinks different isn't paying attention in my opinion.

 

Do I believe in Alien Abductions, absolutely. Superior beings are always going study lesser beings.

There is zero evidence that 1. any other life even exists and 2. if it does it is any more or any less advanced as us. We can all speculate and like I said I believe there is life out there somewhere. But to use the word absolute either way in this argument is way off.

It has been estimated that there have been, at a very minimum, around a half a trillion advanced civilizations since the beginning of the Universe's existence. And that number is considered very, very "pessimistic," maybe 100 or even 1,000 times too low. Considering that there have been maybe 50 or 500 trillion advanced civilizations since the beginning of time, is it possible that not even two of them have ever bumped into one another on occasion? When you consider just how H-U-G-E the universe is, the answer is , quite possibly, yes. This article breaks down some of the math.

Very true. It's hard to wrap your mind around the incredible size of the Universe. And just as staggering, the vast majority of the Universe is just dark stuff. Trillions and trillions of galaxies and yet 95 or 96 percent of the universe is just dark energy and dark matter. Only about 4% of the universe is made up of regular matter, stars, planets, people, etc... Amazing!

Well...my girlfriend does, and claims her and here sister were abducted in Colorado...or at least held in some sort of hypnotic state for a couple of hours...several years ago. We went to the location a few years back when in the area for a wedding. It's a very unpopulated stretch of road in the mountains leading up to a cabin her dad owned (since sold) where a lot of UFO sightings, along with quite a few cattle mutilations are reported. Do I believe? Call me a skeptic.

I'm late to the party on this thread, but please take the time to look into Dr. David Jacobs. Jacobs was a complete skeptic when he started studying abduction phenomena. Now he has had thousands of cases, not only is he a believer, but says he is terrified.

 

Jacobs says that many of the abductees account similar stories about genetic experimentation and other things that are said to happen during these experiences. He is now convinced, and was once a huge skeptic. He says that the abductees say that the alien life is fascinated in learning about our "souls" or life force and what happens to it once the human body stops existing. He says that the abductees also talk about the creation of a hybrid race, and he does not know what the purpose of this is.
