Assuming the SFs are Adair v. John and NH v. Bardstown, it sets up to be some great matchups for a week from Monday. With players out, however, NH may not survive LaRue.

Can North Hardin get to the regional final without Tony Jackson & Trace Young (latest is both will be out for the entire region and couldn't return until state tournament)? A lot of people in Hardin County would love to see a re-match of last night's championship game in the 17th district between John & North.

A rematch of the epic and crazy Adair County vs North Hardin first game would be great too. I think Adair was down 15 in the 4th and came back to win.

Taylor and Bardstown will meet for the third straight time in the region. The previous two being in the region final.

Lol.......I would love to see John Hardin in the finals also....but you will learn quickly John Hardin gets very little love here. The 5th region is all about AC, North Hardin and Taylor County

I don't think it's looking too good for North. They're good kids; they just made some mistakes and I think it's gonna cost them big time. Just really unfortunate what's going on.

I will be curious to see if there is any upsets in the first round, because Taylor is always dangerous, and Larue could be as well.

I have a hard time seeing Taylor beating Bardstown even if Gaines was playing, and I've heard he won't be. Even if he does, he wouldn't be at 100 percent. Was told he still has the cast on today.

 

I would look for Bardstown to beat them by as many points as they can roll up on Taylor. Don't see any circumstance where Boo calls off the dogs.
