August 3, 20179 yr Looks like Djiby will be out for the Red Bulls match due to yellow card accumulation (3). No match report has him receiving a yellow last night but I do believe I heard the announcers say that he got one in the 90th for his foul. He did get a yellow last night.

August 9, 20179 yr Well FCC tried to pull a fast one. After "suspending sales for the day" earlier, they went ahead and opened up sales about 20 minutes ago. Finally got tickets but they are upper corner. Should still be a good time. Any of you folks in Orange and Blue coming down to Louisville for the game this weekend? I thought about it but I decided I probably shouldn't at this juncture.

Nobody wants this type of issue, but I guess there is a silver lining.

The one issue I have with FCC's handling is making a statement yesterday around 3 or 4 saying that sales were suspended for the rest of the day and then opening sales back up later in the evening.

Yeah, while they probably thought they were doing a good job getting it open as soon as possible, that might have backfired.

Did you see the attendance? 16,000 plus, that would be a bad night for FCC oh and it wasn't even a sell-out as the place holds 18,467 seats. If the MSL doesn't pick FCC to move to the MSL, then they have rocks instead of brains in there heads!
August 12, 20179 yr Author Game Day. Lots of pressure on Louisville to get a win tonight. Have done really well against the lower part of the table but have fallen flat in just about every big opportunity against quality opponents (Two wins in nine games against Charlotte, Charleston, Tampa Bay and Cincinnati). Defensive lapses and shoddy finishing up top have been the stories in these games. Brian Ownby and George Davis IV, the two normal starters on the left and right of the front in Lou City's 3-4-3, are just coming back from injury. After a big mistake by Greg Ranjitsingh in the last Cincinnati game, he lost his spot in goal to Tim Dobrowolski. We'll see tonight. It's going to be beautiful out and a great occasion to be in the stands. Come on Citaaay!
August 13, 20179 yr Author Well that was fun. 5-0 to Louisville City over FC Cincinnati. Plus Charlotte lost to Ottawa and Charleston drew so Louisville gained points on the lead. Back into second with two games in hand. I'll have to watch the replays tomorrow to see about the red card but it looked pretty clear from where I was sitting. Still a pretty good chance of these two meeting for a fifth time this year in a playoff game.
