Sorry I fell asleep looking at those. I know that's a State runner-up, but the only difference between that an the Champion is a "gold" basketball

Top notch event.

The All A actually takes care of the teams better than the KHSAA.

That's not hard to believe.

I agree the KHSAA trophy's are cheap and looked better back in 90's when the trophy's were in the shape of the state. They shouldn't give a runner up trophy because that's a total of 128 trophies.

However the All A region trophies get smaller every year. The regional trophies used tonbe about the size the state championship one is now.

Just the little things show the All A takes care of the athletes.

The ALL A is not trying to support a lot of people who probably don't do much, so they can pour the money back to the kids, and make things first class. Everything considered, it is a better tournament than the State tourney.

The KHSAA also runs several more tournaments than does the All A. The KHSAA tournaments involve 275+ teams while the All A is only the smallest 120. I'm not excusing mistakes that have perhaps been made by the KHSAA, but the All A has fewer places to funnel their resources so they can afford to pour money into the kids, making it first class.
