The thing that stopped me the most reading the article was the fact that Jamale Carothers missed 2 practices from the time he was a freshman to the time he was finished as a senior. TWO. One was in the summer when he got a chance to meet with Senator Mitch McConnell. The second was when he got a chance to speak with a Supreme Court Justice. Think about that. Football is relatively a year around sport now and for 4 seasons the kid misses 2 practices. WOW! Congrats on Mr. Football Jamale!

Congrats not only on this sensational achievement but also on getting to play at Navy.

I hope he does even better on the field in college then he did in high school.
