The way I read the article it seems that the author doesn't like any kind of war at all and is concerned that Trump will continue to do the same things that Obama has been doing in the fight against terrorism. The article said that Trump's administration will probably spend even more money on military than Obama did. I couldn't find anything in the article that I disagreed with much. Am I missing something?

It was money he had designated to send to Palestine that the a couple of GOP congressmen had a hold on. A hold isn't binding so before he left he sent the money. The article linked doesn't say why he sent it. It just says he sent it. Folks will assume the worst without evidence. It's what we do. He sent a total of 227 million dollars to various places. He did send 4 million of the 227 million total to climate change programs.

No...before he left office he gave 227 million dollars to various places. 221 million to Palestine. 4 million to climate change programs. 1.25 to United Nations organizations. Mountainref is big on the environment and will appreciate that Obama gave money to climate change programs. My apologies if my post read confusing.

That's cool with me. I'm just reading that article and trying to figure out the bad Obama did. The article seemed to be a good article about Obama IMO. At least if you want terrorism wiped out it seemed like a good Obama article.
