February 16, 20179 yr Author You need to hire a good, competent CPA. I have made the decision to change CPAs for sure. And I have located all documentation that the IRS requested. I need to get it organized and compiled. And I think I agree with you that I need a CPA to assist.

It makes me want to purchase a revolver and single bullet. Again, you need an attorney that focuses on tax issues. Most of those attorneys have a law degree and are CPA's.

April 10, 20179 yr Author Yes, that's the outcome. When I signed my return back in 2013, I agreed that everything in it was correct. Too late to do anything about it now. I have fought and fought. I appealed it. Didn't even hear anything from the appeal. They took my entire refund from this year and applied it towards 2013. So, I'm basically in financial ruin now and there's nothing I can do about it. I own a house and car, which eliminates me from doing an offer in compromise.
