Jethro Tull. No, you couldn't dance to them, but who else rocked better with a flute?

 

 

Not many. But speaking of flute, here's some pretty darn good flute solo work on this tune by Firefall. I don't think it was Mr. Tull, but it's hard to forget. Remember this?

First album I ever bought was Steppenwolf's greatest hits.

The Plimsouls. From the spectacular soundtrack from the otherwise forgettable "Valley Girl".
