I have TWC at both Covington and Bronston. I have very few issues. Wife's work pays home $80. Condo in Bronston $50

Unfortunately, not an option then. I'm looking for internet only and I'm currently paying less than $50 a month. Not wanting to increase costs.

 

Zoomtown is awful, if you have the fiber option that is the best in the area IMO.

 

I had TWC as well and they are worse than Zoomtown.

Not even close for me. Have had little to no issues with TWC internet.

I've been pleased with Cincinnati Bell Fioptics.

I do have copper the last few hundred feet of my connection but it is fiber up to that point.

I have the same setup as you. However, there are a lot of days especially around the middle of the day when the speed bogs down. Don't know why.

TWC/Spectrum has the added benefit of random Hot Spots around town that you can use at no charge if you are a TWC customer.

 

I love TWC Internet

 

My phone picks up the twc hotspots all the time. Saves me a ton of data. I pay for 50 megs and get speeds of 85-90 down and 17 up @ home routinely.

TWC / Spectrum upgraded most of the Louisville area, you can get up to 300 down, I have the 200 plan and usually get about 130-170 down and 17-24 up.

I start working for the TWC call center next month and will get free service (phone/cable/ internet) and will get upgraded to the 300 plan.
