February 6, 20179 yr Aeneas Hawkins tweeted the pic above with: Hmm.. @CoachWash56 Coach Washington is UC d line coach.
February 6, 20179 yr If the coaching staff can get a verbal from one of the top 2018 in Ohio then I think it will snowball and you will see a number of the players they are targeting follow and commit.

February 6, 20179 yr Kentucky is going to have a much harder time recruiting Ohio with Fickell at UC.

I thought he said he was focusing on football. Then again, Thad Matta would take him this year in basketball.
February 7, 20179 yr I thought he said he was focusing on football. Then again, Thad Matta would take him this year in basketball. Decided he wanted the opportunity to do both again about a month ago. UC is offering that chance...

February 7, 20179 yr OSU bball would let him walk on tonight lol. Ship is sinking for Thad, hello Kenny Payne. Zero chance they'd replace Thad with someone with no HC experience. Less than zero...
February 7, 20179 yr Zero chance they'd replace Thad with someone with no HC experience. Less than zero... The boosters have floated his name around but you're probably right. They're just extremely concerned about bball talent right now.
February 7, 20179 yr The boosters have floated his name around but you're probably right. They're just extremely concerned about bball talent right now. Ohio has been in a down cycle since Sully and Craft dominated the scene. A few that can play, but it hasn't been the guys Thad has targeted. Archie would be an interesting fit and I think he'd take it. I could also see them making a run at Mack. I think Thad calls it quits in the next year plus...
February 7, 20179 yr Hawkins, Riegelsperger, and Vann all expected to be back at UC Feb 18th for another Junior Day.
