It would be like Russia claiming they could tie a CIA agent back directly to the President. Even if it were the Russian government these are proffesional spies who cover a lot of their tracks . We can have a good idea of where it is coming from but we hardly have evidence often of how high the order came from.

December 16, 20169 yr If the Russians were behind any cyber attacks I hope we do punish them . It's what leadership does. I just don't understand why it would take up to one of Obama's last days to punish Russia. I even remeber him mocking his opponent back in 2012 for calling Russia our greatest threat. The thing that cracks me up about the whole Russia issue that is being ignored by most the media is where are the articles about how the last 8 years the policy towards Russia was a complete and utter failure. This adminstrarion allowed Russia to grow to its strongest since the Cold war. The Russian reset was a complete failure. Failures like that when put into context is why we fear this adminstrarions resets with Iran and Cuba. Obama has not taken action against Russia over the past 8 years?
