Do you guys think Berner will take the job back?

Heard on the radio that Craig Clayton resigned from his job at Hillsboro High in Nashville to be closer to his grandkids. Could he go on a wild hair and apply for the job at Ft. Campbell?

They will only be allowed to hire a coach from within the system.

Going to have to considering a KY ID wont get you on base anymore.

You are good on the I'd for another 6 months per Trump

The DODEA by not providing the resources to support team sports is counter-productive to our Armed Forces value system. As a graduate of FCHS and having played for Marshall Patterson I learned a lot of my core values from him and playing on teams at FCHS. Leadership and teamwork are critical to our military system and a lot of the young men and women at FCHS follow in their parents footsteps and join one of the Military Services. Many still have one or both parents deployed and rely on that strong coaching figure to be a surrogate role model during those formative years. My father was assigned to Korea my Junior Year and Coach P was there for me to make sure I stayed on the right path. I hope DODEA and FCHS Administration see the light and select a strong role model to provide that guidance and continue in some large footsteps because those kids deserve it

Almost 5 months later and it's still crickets from the FC camp. Any rumors who the hire will be? Who is running things for the time being? What's the situation with spring practice?

I think you will hear something this week.

Charles Poole

Charles Poole

The AD? Is that confirmed, or just conjecture?

He was listed as the head coach on the KHSAA web site, he would be a good one

Has anyone confirmed on this?

I'm not sure what the deal is...the KHSAA scoreboard is currently showing Charles Pool as the 2016 head coach at Fort Campbell, even though McKillip was definitely there. Then if you switch to the 2017 season, they aren't listing a head coach at all.

Sometimes they get switched up like that upon entry. McKillip was definitely the 2016 coach, I'd assume Poole is the 2017 coach.
