2. Lexington Catholic

The Knights also return a ton of talent and experience this season. Back is leading scorer Luke Johnson and key big man Zan Payne. Payne should be a force on the glass for Catholic this season. Also, add in sharp shooter Blake Scott and another good perimeter player in TC Price and the Knights have all the weapons needed to claim a regional championship. Coach Salsman as always will have his team near the top of the region all year long.

31-25 Covington Catholic at the half. The Colonels led by 11 points at one time in the first half.

Announcers were talking like the second quarter was pretty sloppy offensively for Covington Catholic. Didn't sound like Lex Cath was too much better.

Knights had a chance to cut it to 1 or 2, but throw an ill advised pass and CVH drains a two at the horn.
