I'm in the wrong line of work.

He's Cal's most dynamic scorer. I still like the Mercer comparison for Kentucky though.

Don't think Cal has had anyone like Monk. Closest are Rose and Wall.

I'd say he's the best scorer Cal has ever had.

When John Wall was at UK, he was not a very good outside shooter. Tremendous at everything else, but zero range. All other comparisons with Monk are accurate.

Cal's most dynamic scorer since Murray, last season.

Rose and Wall had very inconsistent jump shots. Monk seems to shoot it better. However, those two had better handles and driving games. I like Monks game better than Murray's at this point. He's more athletic.

Cals best athlete plus knocked down 8 threes? Yes please, may I have another.

All of this talk about Monk, deservedly so...but Fox aint nothing to sneeze at. Fox it looks like can drive on anyone at any time, much like Wall could. On the fast break if you are only a couple of steps ahead of him, you are already behind...dude has jets.

I never thought we'd see a guard tandem better than Ulis (one of my all time favorites) and Murray and how well they meshed...but Fox and Monk are great and even greater together.
