Find me a stat or a play that shows how good Peppers is? I watch every Michigan game that doesn't conflict with an Ohio State game. I can be honest when it comes to Michigan players. I think Jourdan Lewis is the CB in college football and I think Jake Butt is the best TE in college football. I don't think Jabrill Peppers is the best anything in college football. Against MSU and Iowa they found success by running directly at Peppers. He did zero on offense against Iowa and honestly it looked like Harbaugh had him out there to try and prove his legitimacy as a Heisman candidate and it hurt his team. I don't think he is even the best player on his team, definitely not college football.

Not even sure why I bother, because you'll dismiss anything posted about Peppers, but he's on pace to best Charles Woodson (he was pretty good, right?) in tackles, sacks, punt return yards, punt return avg, punt return TDs, total TDs and offensive touches.

That's great and all but he isn't even top 50 in total tackles, t-19th in TFL, 1 int. his one against MSU doesn't count as an official stat because it was a 2 point conversion, but I gave it to him. He has one return TD punting or kicking, 3 rush TD's but 2 were against Rutgers so excuse me for not being super impressed. But if you watched MSU and Iowa they exposed him. You run at him and he is defenseless. He should not be playing linebacker. That shows how little depth UM has at that position. Peppers is a safety. But I'm not giving awards for athleticism. If I was you would have me convinced. On offense Iowa completely shut him down. Iowa. A team who couldn't stop anybody until they played Michigan. Harbaugh looked like a fool still running him out there to run the wildcat and getting stuffed putting them in 2nd and 3rd and long and essentially stalling drive after drive. If they leave Speight out there the whole game instead of trying to get Peppers Heisman credibility on a big stage, they probably win the game.

Right....But a QB that is 45th in the nation in yards, 15th in TDs, 9th among QBs in rushing yards, 10th in QB rushing TDs is somehow qualified....
