Absolutely Correct Cats! It is the game of the week in 4A for sure!

 

Bud I don't think there's anyway to know if South is completely healthy.

 

To be honest with you I'm a little shocked at the poll being a clear 2 to 1 advantage for Hopkinsville. I know they are at home, but just didn't expect that. Above they were talking about Hoptown not getting much credit. That's because credit is earned. No offense to the folks on Hoptowns schedule, but Hoptown was supposed to beat them all (but Christian County and Graves County) by a running clock and they did. And I can beat most 5th graders in 21 - So What!

 

This is where we are:

 

South Warren - Defending 4A State Champions. Not the same team as last year (but mostly defensively speaking). Skill guys are REALLY good. Lots of early injuries. New players in the mix (some will play their FIRST game EVER for South tonight). Chemistry issues???

 

Hoptown - Talent to Burn! GREAT skill guys. Other than Christian County COMPLETELY untested, which can lead to fat, soft and happy! GREAT Stats, but are they simply Kramer on Seinfield fighting 6th graders? I don't know.

 

SO, this sets up for maybe THE Best Game in the STATE tonight! I picked Hoptown in my Rankings, but did so Expecting South to get key guys injured again. BUT anything can happen.

For me South gets the nod in the line of scrimmage if they are healthy.

No shocker. You usually are wrong on seeing games. :lol2:

 

And everyone has injury problems. South is just the new kid that uses them as an excuse.

 

I read alot on this thread and I have not seen SW use injuries as an excuse. Spin keeps us updated and most of his talks of injuries were inquired about from other members. That squad has fought tough through a lot of adversity this year and I tip my hat to them.

Thanks 00tyler10 you right was,not using as excuse just stating facts.Cats I agree with you I think our line will be the difference if you watch fourth quarter of CC game that is what was the difference they ran right at the D .as far as chemistry every kid on SW couldn't be happier to have Ford and Jackson elgible they know it takes a special kind of team mate to be at practice everyday knowing he has to wait his turn.I expect to see the SW we all thought they would be.it will be a great game.
