On a different note... Todd County Central surprises me that they aren't better

 

I saw some video of them and they actually have guys who certainly look the part. They have some athletes with good size and some beef up front.

 

What's the issue at Todd that is holding them toward the bottom of the heap? Lack of feeder program? Lack of weight training and conditioning program?
