I dont know much about Alter, but they have 5 first team all GCL, so they must be pretty decent. Last year they beat BW 17-14, they seem to have some good players return. I will say Alter 28-13.

I think this years Beechwood team is a lot better than last years team. I think they can go up there and win. If Alter doesn't have a passing game this year like they did last year Beechwood should win this game bye 10 points. Their passing game was horrible last year. From what I have seen so far you really can't run the ball on Beechwood that much.

I hope your right, but apparently they have a LB that OSU is looking at....thats pretty stong.

This Beechwood team is MUCH better than last years team. It will be a close one.

No offense, Fair--but you are a year behind with that information (and he didn't end up at Ohio State either).

 

This Alter team is a very good football team. They are slightly not as good as last year offensively and as good defensively.

 

I would have a very hard time thinking that Beechwood isn't better than last year.

Does Alter still have that 'petite' girl on the line? I don't think she saw any playing time during our game last year, but she may be a junior this year and be seeing some time. I think she was near 300 lbs.

 

This is going to be their toughest challange to date. I hope they rise to the occasion.

There are 2 different divisons...They are not in the same divison as St. X, Moeller,LaSalle, and Elder...

Yes--she is still there. And no--she is not getting any varsity playing time.

 

There have been some comments in other areas that say that she plays--but I have seen both of their games (and a scrimmage) and she hasn't gotten time in any as of yet. She is 5'9" 290 . . . . . . and she looks like she moves pretty well during warm ups--but Alter has 100 kids who are all pretty stout. I am not sure if she will see the field there.
