October 23, 20169 yr I am still disagreeing on the clock management bashing. Simple question for everyone since we have 10 minutes or so to discuss - Would you rather have the ball from your own 15 yard line at 1:30 to go and one timeout or 1:00 to go and two timeouts? That is a close call for me and definitely not a blatant case of bad clock management.
October 23, 20169 yr AJ is pretty good at covering up Marvins ineptness lol Marvin is just two steps ahead of all of us. He saw that coming and wanted to score on the last play of the half to not give the Browns time to score...lol...

I would take that especially since we have been trowing it at will.

I'd rather have the ball back with as much time as possible. If 30 secs is the difference between 1 timeout or 2 I'd take 1 timeout with an extra 30 because if you know what you are doing you can run up to 4 plays in 30 secs. That gives you 4 more opportunities to score.
October 23, 20169 yr Does the field position factor into that decision? If you know you are going to get the ball somewhere inside the 20, does that cause you concern? If you go 3 and out, Cleveland gets the ball back in good field position with more than a minute to go. On the flip side, I am betting Hue Jackson wishes he didn't call timeout after the Bengals ran the ball on the first play of the drive. He gave the Bengals that Hail Mary TD by calling timeout.
October 23, 20169 yr Author Is anybody going to defend Gunther today. No adjustments at all and Hogan just running it right down our throat.
October 23, 20169 yr Author Another long run by Hogan. This is unbelievable. No adjustments. A total joke.
