October 23, 20169 yr If she wins and continues to make a mockery of our justice system and keep putting America at risk with the Clinton Foundation and allowing big donors like Soros to influence her and if she don't do what is promised. Will anyone step up and take her from the WH.
October 23, 20169 yr Hillary is not the status quo. The corrupt Obama administration's politicization of the IRS, Department of Justice, and other major federal agencies, will just be a starting point for her criminal enterprises.
October 23, 20169 yr Author Will any agency or elected official stand up to the Clinton's and have them and her arrested for the crimes they are getting away with?
October 23, 20169 yr Will any agency or elected official stand up to the Clinton's and have them and her arrested for the crimes they are getting away with?If Hillary is elected, she will be the chief executive over all federal agencies. So, the obvious answer to the first part of your question is a resounding, "NO!" As for elected officials, between the RINOs, who constitute a majority of Republicans in Congress, and the Democrats, the will to hold Hillary accountable for her crimes falls well short of a majority. Neither the Supreme Court nor Congress has the Constitutional authority to "arrest" the POTUS, regardless of whether he or she is guilty of a crime. Unless you think that House of Representatives will impeach a newly elected president and the Senate will convict and remove her from office by a two-thirds majority vote, then the answer to your second question is also an easy one. Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution provides another unlikely way that Clinton could be held accountable for her crimes. If the Vice President and a 'majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide" agreed that Hillary was not capable of discharging her duties as President, then they could temporarily remove her from power, but ultimately two-thirds of both the House and Senate would be required to maker the removal permanent and to round up any missing furniture and silverware. The bottom line is that if Hillary is elected president, she will likely serve four years, assuming that her failing health does not force the issue sooner.
October 23, 20169 yr Lock her up!I think she deserves a fair and very public trial before we lock her up.
October 23, 20169 yr Hillary in charge of the DOJ scares me as much as anything. You might as well as have Don Corleone as our president. Plus you have a press that actively looks the other way whenever anything bad is brought up about her. She will basically be queen of the country if elected. If Trump was president, you would at least have a press trying to keep him honest.

If Trump was president, you would at least have a press trying to keep him honest. Not really. Trump has openly promised to curb freedom of press so that media who publishes "hit pieces" on him can be sued. Edit: Trump quote from rally in Fort Worth. “One of the things I’m gonna do, and this is only gonna make it tougher for me, and I’ve never said this before, but one of the things I’m gonna do if I win… is I’m gonna open up our libel laws so when they write purposely negative and horrible and false articles, we can sue them and win lots of money. We’re gonna open up those libel laws. “With me, they’re not protected, because I’m not like other people…We’re gonna open up those libel laws, folks, and we’re gonna have people sue you like you never get sued before.”
