I'm looking forward to seeing Jack Coldiron return to the mound. He and Casteel are going to be a great duo the next 3 seasons.

Is McGinness playing this year? I know he was injured last season. I figured that with his football success it might have him leaning towards giving it up? Baseball that is. Just a question. Not a rumor.

Mcginness will definitely play baseball.

Does Clay pitch any for Beechwood? He had a very good summer season on the mound last year. Also was very good behind the plate.

I am pretty sure he is a catcher only but don't quote me on that.

Beechwood has been very rich in pitchers in the last few years, so no, he hasn't pitched much for school. They graduated all but Huseman from the starting varsity staff. It would not surprise me to see the catchers pitching more this year. Doverspike, Burch and Clay are very capable pitchers.
