Well your unhealthy Bias for President Obama aside :lol2:, I think you can do better than straight 4's for everyone else. You are in essence saying they are the worst off all time based on the 4-10 scale, do you really believe that?
October 17, 20169 yr I don't think any US President has done a ZERO job, all have Warts and Flowers on their Resumes. ALL Presidents have done covert things that we wouldn't agree on...if you base it solely on that all would deserve at or near a 0. James Buchanan would be about the only one that could make a zero case for me. Basically twiddled his thumbs and just waited for the Civil War to happen. But that's outside the scope of this thread.

The same way people believe these conspiracies around Obama is the same way I believe the conspiracies around these two. Bill Clinton pulled the wool over everyone's eyes. He had an opportunity to do some good in the black community but after he got his black vote he turned his back on blacks. He was just as bad as Reagan and H. W. Bush when it came to the black community. G.W. is probably the one I like the most not named Barack Obama but he was really just Cheney's puppet and I feel like his whole 8 years was one big lie. I can't say they are the worst of all time because my memory of them as POTUS is al I have. I'm not a historian enough to go back and analyze all of the presidents before my time and make an informed rating for them. I know how I feel about all of them and why. I gave you the Cliff Notes version of my feelings.

October 18, 20169 yr Only rating those who were around when I was old enough to remember... Clinton - 9 Bush - 7 Obama - 7 I'm of the belief that history will look at Bush in a pretty favorable light.

But Nixon gets a point or two for doing the right thing and stepping aside. Gerald Ford 6. Jimmy Carter 6. Ronald Reagan 8. George H. W. Bush 7. Bill Clinton 6. Should be a 7 or 8, but loses a point or two for not doing the right thing and stepping aside. George Bush 6. Barack Obama 9.
