A month ago I didn't think East had a chance in this one, but after Boyd's game with Rowan they might have a chance. However not sure about any injuries after having to play Johnson Cent. and Ashland in back to back weeks.

East Carter had a huge blow this week when Taylor Hickle broke his wrist.

Hate to hear that about Taylor. He's a great athlete. Definitely a big blow to East Carter.

Ashland Russell played a district girls title game in soccer tonight on Boyd's Football field. Anyone familiar with where the football team practices knows it's right behind the visitors bleachers. Tonight before the soccer game when the National Anthem was played Boyd stopped their practice and stood at attention while it was playing. Class Act from them and just thought I would share it with you all. Good Luck to both teams.

I picked East to get this one, then saw the EC player injured post. BC will probably win.

MY Vote for "Play of the Year", :ylsuper::ylsuper: CLASS all the way, Kudos to the Boyd Co. Players, Football team ....Is Great to see that kind of gesture, Respect. (especially in this day and time w/ all the protest getting news, )

I think this would have been a pretty competitive game before the injury to East Carter's quarterback. With that being said, I just don't see East being able to move the ball effectively enough to score with Boyd now.
