In reading the excerpt from The Cats Pause 12th region preview you would think they need to close down shop for the season.

As a parent it ticks me off that it makes it sound like "the brothers" left because Wright left, nothing could be further from the truth,they were gone regardless.

Our kids had a great June and basketball is going forward with players like Cromer, Cundiff, Gover, Dykes, Stevens, Matt Jones and company in spite of the coach and players who are gone.

Traditionally I would agree, however, the top 3 teams in the region in terms of player talent (PC, SW, CC), have new coaches. So it kinda remains TBD for now. Obviously you still have your perennials though like Jeff Jackson, Rodney Woods, Damon Kelly.

I would add Steve Adams to the list.

Addition by subtraction, I believe. Steve Wright, in my opinion, is a terrible coach and a jerk.

 

Having Danny and Steven leave means that the ball will move better. They have a tendency to only pass to each other.
