The only down side for me was the turnovers by Johnson. He has to get rid of the football, especially against a defense like Bama. He can't expect his OL to hold up for 3 to 4 seconds against them. Make your read, if they guy's open throw it, if not either throw it away or get out of the pocket and throw it away. Also, I would like to see Johnson take a few more chances vertical, just to loosen up the defense.

I can't help but notice the absence of a certain poster in this thread calling out Johnson for the turn overs. If this would have been Barker there would have been 6 posts by now on how he cost UK the game.

Bama must have played on of their worse games of the decade, for this one to be this close.

 

No, they actually played pretty decent. Kentucky played well enough on D to keep them honest.
